Creating a new user account

Please submit the user application form below in order to access extended archive software functions. The extended access allows you to order the required units by borrowing the originals (viewing is allowed only in our reading room). A user account includes also access to the workbook functions. Registration is free of charge and non-binding. This application form must also be completed by archive users who have already been recorded by an initial presence in the State Archives' reading room if they wish to use the extended function. You will receive a confirmation message after a successful user account set up. Your password is stored in encrypted form and cannot be seen or accessed by internal staff. If you want to use the extended functions of this archive software, you have to submit a user application. You will then be given the opportunity to order the units of descriptions found for loan (for viewing in the reading room). You are also given access to the workbook functions.
